STUDENTS OFFER
Student participants will be offered accommodation in double rooms at Ráday House Student Dormitory at a rate of 50 EUR/night/person (with breakfast).
Thematic short courses are also available at a fee of 90 EUR. Indicate your interest for participation on the registration form. Since these courses will be scheduled to run parallel in time, therefore it is only possible to register to one of them. Course participants will receive a certificate of attendance. An abstract of the course content will be made available.
Single-page abstracts of oral and poster contributions have to be submitted as part of the registration process, in the online system. The abstracts need to be formatted according to the template available here.

Upon filling out the registration form, a pro-forma invoice will be issued. The actual invoice will only be issued after payment.

Cancellation policy
Refund requests can be submitted to the Conference Secretariat. 50% refund can be granted if notification of cancellation has reached the conference secretariat before the deadline of regular payment. No refunds can be granted after this date. Refunds will be processed after the conference.
