Single-page abstracts of oral and poster contributions have to be submitted as part of the registration process, in the online system. The abstracts need to be formatted according to the template available above. Maximum 3 abstracts are considered.

3. CONFERENCE FEES AND INVOICING

Registering as student requires submission of a copy of your valid student ID and a confirmation letter signed by your supervisor. Please upload a copy of your student ID and confirmation letter in Word/PDF format, with a maximum size of 1 MB.

4. ACCOMMODATION AT YOUTH HOSTEL

For students only.

Here, students can ask for accommodation in the Ráday Youth Hostel in two-bed rooms, at a rate of 50 EUR/night/person with breakfast. Please note that your roommate will be assigned randomly, unless you specify the name of your requested roommate. The assignment will be discussed with you. Only students requesting this accommodation need to fill in this section.
